I to wonder why they changed this body butter, it was so creamy but TBS listens to their customers and so many people were saying it didn't help their dry skin. So what does TBS do? They change it up. How does the customers who were happy with it prior react? Shocked and stunned. That's the problem with the opinions of others, if you don't like something then simply don't buy it again! Duh. Anyways, I've purchased a couple of these because I still love it and Ive found if I need it to be more of a creamy texture I'll add TBS aloe body butter to it and mix it up. Both body butters are excellent for the skin!

I am so disappointed with the new formulation! It smells like cheap aftershave, and it feels as if glycerine (which is drying!) has replaced the natural oils it once had. I have used the hemp products religiously for over 10 years(!) and will now be looking for something else from another brand. I recently gave jars of the older formula to both my stepdaughter and mother in law (which they loved) but will tell them not to bother purchasing the new formula, as it is unacceptable. I will be returning the 6 jars I purchased online.
Why did they mess with something that was perfect?!

This works really well to moisturize your hands, makes your skin feel really soft, smooth and cool. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by Daisey If the smell is your issue.....try this:
Have not yet tried the new formulation of this product (with new label).....but the old stuff was SUPERB. I read that some folks do not like the smell (which is just a slight hemp smell). PLEASE NOTE that the "smell" can be remedied simply by adding any wonderful essential oil of your choice. I use a combination of lavender, rosemary and patchoulli essential oils. When I first open the container, I add several drops of the 3 oils.....use my sense of smell to tell me how much of each to use, and how much overall to use. Then I take a fork, just a regular eating fork, and begin to work the oils into the body butter. Once mixed in (and this takes but a minute or two....not at all a big deal) then I take a soup spoon and smooth the top of the body butter till it looks like new.
Whaaa Laaaaa......now I have the texture of silk on my skin combined with a heavenly smell. Try it, you'll lkie it!!!
