Rated 5 out of 5 by You Need To Buy It I've had stubborn acne for 10 years now, and this mask is the first product that I've used where it actually reduced the size of the pimples and minimized breakouts, and it doesn't dry out my skin. Other products, including some name brands specializing in fighting acne, haven't even come close to topping this beauty. I absolutely love it! July 6, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Integral part of routine! This is a very good product that I noticed worked very well specifically in combination with other products. My everyday morning routine involves first steaming my face for 5-10 minutes to open up my pores, using a toner, and then applying this immediately after (every 3 days). It has kept my oils under control to prevent serious breakouts and you can feel that it tightens your skin so that it minimizes the chances of clogging your pores. I do find that the smell is very strong and since it is tea tree it may not be preferable for some people. Overall I am happy with my purchase and intend to buy more once I run out. July 2, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Do yourself a favor and buy this I made this purchase because I liked the cleanser. The mask is the best part of the tea tree line! It makes my skin feel incredible!! After I use it, I have a nice warm glow for the rest of the day, too. This mask really helps clear acne, especially when used consistently. It doesn't dry your skin out, and leaves it feeling fresh and fully clean. Pairs really well with the Vit. C exfoliator! April 14, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by terminator of acne!! I have always had acne and has tried numerous products and home remedies. It either had no success or a temporary short lived one. I have always been a fan of the bodyshop lip care and thought is should give this a shot. I got a small size tea tree foaming cleanser to begin with and it showed remarkably good results for cleanser on my acne, so i decided to get the mask as well as the face wash. I started using just the facewash and cleanser on a daily basis and the mask once a week and its worked wonders on acne. In fact i don't any acne any more just the remaining scares. This is for sure a product worth giving a shot at!!! March 31, 2016

Q&A for Tea Tree Skin Clearing Clay Mask
    Sort by
I don't have acne per say but as I said, some pimples. I get oily skin but it is also pretty sensitive. Is this a mask that will prevent acne and reduce pimples, work for sensitive skin, and reduce oil? If not, which mask is good for those purposes?

    Answer:
I use the tea tree oil mask once a week to prevent breakouts so far it is working, I also use it when I have a pimple starting and last time it disappeared over night.

    Answer:
This one is good for preventing acne and reducing redness from acne, as well as reducing oiliness. I also recommend the Ionic Seaweed Clay Mask for super oily spot treatment, but don't leave it on for too long if it's on a sensitive spot or it'll dry out your skin.

    Answer:
This mask is not an overnight fixer, but it definitely helps with all skin concerns with religious use. My skin is also very sensitive but has reacted well to this mask. It's going to remove the dead skin cells on your face so it will help speed up the pimple-be-gone process. Also, it will help with the oiliness since it is exfoliating. Hope this helps!

    Answer:
I also have sensitive skin but I use this mask when I feel like my skin needs to be treated and I feel like this one works well.

Although if you're sensitive to scent or that this mask can get really tight, then it might not be the one for you

I have purchased multiple face masks at once during sale events and have had no problem using this or the Seaweed mask after nearly a year, it looks and works the same as when I first purchased it.

Mine has lasted about 5 months with no noticeable changes. I'm not sure how much longer it could last, but definitely at least that long.

Would we use the mask after washing it with a face wash? Or before? If before, would we need to wash it after with a face wash? I have oily skin and have breaks out from time to time!!!

Wash first with warm water and a cleanser, then use the mask. Then just rinse it off with cool water. I follow up with a moisturizer, too.

    • Tea Tree

Our Community Trade organic tea tree oil comes from The Kenya Organic Oil Farmers’ Association (KOOFA), a co-operative of over 550 small-scale organic farmers around Mount Kenya National Park. Our products contain only pure leaf essential oil, made with hand-harvested leaves and gently steam-distilled for an exceptional-quality purifying essential oil. The leaves are steam distilled within 12 hours of harvest, using a gentle heat to ensure a high quality tea tree oil. Our trade helps provide the smallholder famers of KOOFA with a steady income, which means that they can develop sustainable farming systems and fund community projects in their local area. Our Tea Tree skincare range combats existing blemishes without adverse effect of overly stripping the skin's surface.
