Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it but need travel size I love this product and use it all the time. But I really need a travel size. I hate having to pay $25 for checked baggage just because I want to take this product with me. I travel 6 times a year!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice! A very nice first step or pick-me-up moisturiser. I use it before a sunscreen or heavier moisturiser for an extra boost or during the day if I feel the need.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sticky, Would Never Purchase Again I truly don't understand how people are even using this product. Talking about rubbing in w/their hands or cotton pad. It's most definitely not a lotion by any stretch of the word. Neither is it a toner as other reviews have suggested. Put some into my hands and the second it touches my face it's like i'm trying to rub glue onto my skin. Tried cotton pad, soaks immediately into the pad and i'm just scrapping the cotton pad across my face. It's so expensive i'm determined to finish the bottle so i have to put a couple drops on my fingers and poke it into my face one by one as it's literally dry by the 2nd poke. My skin may be a little less dry (or that could be cutting out the toner that did that) but it's definitely not worth the price or effort of this product for that tiny difference.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Would buy again if it wasn't OVERPRICED! Love Body Shop, love so many of their lines, and this product was nice, but, c'mon. The price point shopping has been an important part of what keeps me coming back. If I'm going to pay this much I'll just shop Origins or Sephora. Sorry.

Or is it best to not use both? I have combination skin, but our whether makes my non t-zone extremely dry. Even my eyelids get dry and this sounds like products that would help, I normally use the vitamin E cream. But I would like something specifically to use at night.

    Answer:
Use the lotion first and then the oil. The lotion preps the skin for the oil. And this is amazing over night. Oily/combo skin is meant for this line. Oil and oil go together and the dry patches are moisturized, which makes this line amazing to use! I would also treat yourself to the Drops of Youth mask to use once a month or so. It seals everything in and you wake up with supple, youthful, great feeling skin!

    HI!
This is not only for oily skin. This one is also for people that has dry skin or combination skin. Also, for people who have dull skin and with fine wrinkles.
I have oily skin on my T-zone and chin area and dry spot on the rest of my face. My skin looks even now, not dry nor oily. Plus my skin looks and feels so soft, and radiant! I love this line of product to tell you honestly.

    Hi Angie!
I used the Prep first, then the Facial Oil, and the Cream or Gel last.
I love the Facial cream better than the gel because the gel feels a little bit sticky for me.
    Hope this one helps Angie!

    Answer:
Thank you for contacting The Body Shop. We're thrilled that you're interested in Oils of Life! Oils of Life Essence Lotion is the first step in your treatment process, and should be applied before the Facial Oil. Both Oils of Life Intensely Revitalizing Cream and Gel Cream can be used with the Essence Lotion and Facial Oil. The Revitalizing Cream is our richest moisturizer, while the Gel Cream is a lightweight, refreshing moisturizer. It's a matter of texture preference as both are very effective.

How may I combine a Vitamin C regimen (Spritz, Capsules, Daily Moisturizer, Boost) with the Oils of Life? Which should I use first or in place of if necessary?

    Answer:
    Hi, Angie!
If you want to use all the line for Oils of Life, follow the 1, 2 , 3 steps and use your capsule and boost after the 3rd step. You probably don't need to used your daily moisturizer after the Revitalizing cream (because this one is moisturizer anyway). Or, what I do is, I used the Oils of Life prep, then the Facial oil, Vitamin C Spritz, then Vit. C Daily Moisturizer, and Vitamin Boost (last) during the day under my make-up. In the evening I do, Oils of Life prep, Facial Oil, Facial cream, and Vitamin C capsules last.
    Hope this one will help!

    Answer:
Thank you for contacting The Body Shop. Incorporating Oils of Life Intensely Revitalizing Essence Lotion and Facial Oil into a Vitamin C routine will help to boost the radiance of your skin even more. For daytime, we recommend using the Essence Lotion prior to the Vitamin C Capsules. For nighttime, try using the Essence Lotion and Facial Oil before applying the Glow Boosting Moisturizer.
