I have never used this product as a facial cleanser because I went in looking for their waterproof makeup remover--but the cashier recommended this stuff. I was very skeptical but 1-the quantity is incredible. I use like a pencil eraser size for both my eyes (and I use heavy mascara, top eyeliner, heavy shadow, bottom liner and sometimes a very pigmented waterproof liquid eyeliner that is VERY hard to get off) and it will take everything off in a jiffy. One bottle has lasted me over 1.5 years. Not kidding. 2-The product itself is truly like a makeup eraser. It doesn't smear the makeup around like most makeup removers it actually erases it. I have been practicing my cat eye with liquid liner and a tiny bit of this on a q tip erases all of my mistakes. It doesn't yank the mascara off my eyelashes like so many products do. It's soft and wonderful. My only word to the wise is not to use too much of this product because it makes your eyes feel kind of foggy (not painful) for a few minutes if you use too much.

this completely removes my makeup (even after a night out, smokey eye makeup and all). it's gentle and works great on my skin. my skin is a bit dry, so if you have oily skin, i'd recommend a more traditional face wash after this as well.

This is the product that got me hooked to The Body Shop skin care products. I use it as a face wash twice a day - in the morning and before sleeping. My face feels soft and smooth after wards, I have oily skin. I wish it was not being discontinued. I have stocked it up like crazy.

Tried this product about a year ago and then was unable to replace it when I ran out of it because it was no longer available at the body shop, I have tried numerous other products to find one that works as good as this without over or under cleaning my skin. I have sensitive skin that is prone to breakout when it is dry. I tried the Nutriganics foaming cleanser that did not seem to work. Now I use a combination of the seaweed cleanser to control blackheads and the aloe cleanser to clean my face daily and it has helped with my skin seeming reddish on occasion. I only question why was it discontinued for a period of time and then brought back?
