Rated 4 out of 5 by Good First Purchase I have had this item for a little less than a year and would say that I use it at least 4 times a month; I alternate using other Body Shop masks & scrubs that I had purchased during the same visit. This was my first purchase from The Body Shop so I followed the directions on how to use my items from the sales girl for a while, wasn't till more recently that I started using this "mask" as a morning lotion. When I first started using it I thought that it was leaving my skin oily- after being left on my skin for at least five minutes, I was mistaking oil for a natural dewy look. Overall, I am happy with my purchase after all this time and would say that it has helped keep my skin refreshed. I have oily/combination type skin and after trying multiple products over the years (ranging from Neutrogena to Proactive) my concern has always been overdoing my beauty regimen/drying out my skin...this product/aloe product line is a good go-to for restoring/keeping your skin balanced. Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Good Mask! If you have sensitive skin, this is the mask for you! At times, my skin reacts to the elements or other products and this mask soothed my skin so nicely and moisturized/cleansed at the same time! I highly recommend this product! December 19, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works for sensitive skin My skin is rather sensitive and I have experienced some troubles with other the body shop masques. I've used this 5-6 times, but it didn't cause any trouble! And it hydrates and soothes my skin just as well as other products. August 27, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by More than a mask This mask is a lifesaver, especially in the Winnipeg winter. Used as directed, it's nothing magical, but it doubles as a moisturizer, in a great way. I use it as an overnight cream, dab some on those weird dry bits on my elbows, and even use it under makeup. I would be lost without this stuff. It's a little greasy to use as a cream on it's own, but give it a try overnight! February 4, 2015

    Answer:
    I don't think so.
I have oily skin, and I use this just like a face cream. It works well.

    Answer:
I do not wash off this mask. I put on a semi-thick layer of the mask, leave in for about five minutes and then rub in the remaining lotion that hasn't completely settled into my skin yet.
