How to use it: Select a shade closest to the color of your eyebrows. Using the provided brush, apply with short sweeping strokes through the brows, following the direction of natural hair growth. To line the lashes, use short, sweeping strokes along the outer line of the eye, underneath the lower lashes. Can be used wet or dry.
