How it works:

Made from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified wood pulp that is hard-wearing and durable.
Coarse emery grains on one side are suitable for use on tough nails.
A fine grade of emery on the other side is suitable for effective, smoother nail filing.

The wood has achieved Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification, meaning it comes from a sustainable managed forest that protects the area’s bio-diversity and does not contribute to the destruction of the world’s forests. As a result of the long, cold Siberian winters, the Siberian Silver Birch we use is a harder wood than its European counterpart. The tree is also valued for its sap, which is tapped and made into a drink.
