Rated 1 out of 5 by JayBirdTX Strong Sunscreen Smell/Taste
The has been my go-to must-have lip balm for over twenty years.
I recently re-stocked at The Body Shop (I always buy 10 or more at a time).
After my first application, I could tell something was different.
The new(er) formula has a strong sunscreen smell (and taste).
My earlier/previous sticks had Octinoxate (7.5%) & Oxybenzone (5.0%).
The newer stick states Avobenzone (2.0%), Octisalate (5.0%), and Octocrylene (3.0%).
I'm sure The Body Shop had good reasons for the change (perhaps regulatory).
I love this company, but this Vitamin E Lip Care Stick SPF 15 just isn't the same anymore.

Glad I bought this while it was on sale. 9 dollars for a lipstick balm is a bit steep. I got this since it had spf in it, but for the quality and price, don't bet on me buying this again. It goes on a bit thick and I don't see much difference with moisture for my lips in comparison to other lip balms.

This product I would not recommend for people with sensitive skin, especially if you react to sunscreen. My sensitive skin reacted poorly with the sunscreen in this product. And the moisturizing effect did not last very long. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jamnsly Sad they changed the formula
I have been using this product since it came out many many years ago. They recently changed the formula for the spf and I hate it now. The best thing before was that it didn't taste like sunblock... Now it tastes like sunblock;(
