Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for me I bought this in addition to my Tea Tree product collection. Seems very dry while being applied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean and light coverage I've used this product for years and really like it. I love makeup but always feel cakey in foundation. This BB cream is light and evens out the skin tone while fighting blemishes and keeping pores clear. It's a great value too as a little goes a long way! If you need more full coverage, or don't like a dewy shine coming through your makeup, this isn't for you. I wish they'd put spf in this, for extra protection in the summer, but that's my only complaint.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Awful coverage and shade selection shades were either too light or too dark, and the coverage was not good at all. the only time i would suggest this as a BB cream is if you have no blemishes or pimples, because it doesn't cover them at all. This would be a good BB cream if it wasn't targeted towards blemishes. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light and fresh foundation I now use this as an alternative to my foundation. It's really light and goes on smoothly. I like the tea tree oil component too. It makes my skin feel fresh!

    Answer:
I as well have acne, and this product not only covers it, but helps it heal. Tea tree oil is an essential in my daily hygiene routine. I have very blemish prone skin, and tea tree products keep your skin glowing, while only drying out scabs and pimples. I highly recommend it!

    Answer:
I don't know if its technically non comodegenic, but if you have acne i wouldn't suggest it because it won't give you any coverage, its about the same coverage as a tinted moisturizer. I didn't find that it made my acne worse, but it didn't make it better either.

Thanks for your question! We would suggest trying the darkest shade, Shade 3, for your skin tone. This blends the best with deeper skin tones.

    Answer:
I mixed (think Rihanna's color) and I use this in Dark 03. It works for me, but you should go to a store and ask for a sample first, before you buy the full bottle. There aren't too many colors to choose from and these aren't very pigmented.

    Answer:
Yes, I would recommend shade 02 (the middle shade, if my numbers are off).

If you can get into a store, I'd try to check it out, for the color match as well as the coverage, as this product tends to have more coverage that a typical BB cream. But if not, I'm fairly certain it'll match.

My skin tone can be deceiving as I appear quite fair but I believe I am more medium. My eye color is Blue and hair texture is fine and natural color is lighter side of Brown but I always have Light Ash Blonde Highlights applied.

    Thank you.

    Hi JoJo2,

thank you for your interest in The Body Shop's Tea Tree Flawless BB Cream. Based on your description, we would recommend 01 in the Tea Tree Flawless BB Cream. If you find that you have a warmer undertone, then you could also try 02. A quick tip from one of our fabulous Trainers: if you look at the inside of your wrist and if your veins appear green, then you have warm undertones!

    Hope this helps!

    Answer:
As per my experience, I would suggest use BB cream Tone 1.
As Tone 2 gets a little too dark after a little time.I have experienced it myself. My skin tone is medium and i bought 3 of these with tone number 2 at a time... but turned out it did not really match my skin.so I exchanged them with the fairer one and that worked just fine.

    Good Luck

    • Alcohol

Our Community Trade organic alcohol is handmade from sugar cane by the 200 farmers of the Consorcio Agro-artesanal Dulce Organico (CADO), in Cotopaxi, Ecuador. The organic sugar cane here produces a pure high quality alcohol that provides a quick drying finish to our fragrance products, and our trade supports CADO in its aim to give its members “a chance to fight poverty without losing their traditional way of life or destroying the environment”

    • Shea

Our Community Trade shea butter is hand-crafted in Ghana by the Tungteiya Shea Butter Association is made up of over 475 women in 11 villages around Tamale, northern Ghana. Each woman takes two days to carefully produce the 25kg of butter; the rich kernels of 28 shea nuts are packed into every ultra-moisturizing Shea Body Butter. Our trade partnership with the Tungteiya Association has provided them with income and money to fund water pipes, access medial care and better housing and education. They ultra-nourishing shea butter we receive from them makes up our highly-nourishing, best-selling Shea bath & body range.

    • Soya Oil

We source our Community Trade organic soya oil from Gebana Brazil. Gebana produces soya oil from GM-free, organically grown soya beans cultivated in the hinterlands of the Iguazu River. Gebana comprises around 350 families, mostly smallholder farmers. We have been working with them since 2006, because Gebana differs from much of the soya farming industry, which is one of the major contributors to deforestation in Brazil, by promoting sustainable farming methods and organic produce. Our Community Trade Soya oil products restores precious moisture to the skin and leaves skin feeling soft and smooth with no tightness.

    • Tea Tree

Our Community Trade organic tea tree oil comes from The Kenya Organic Oil Farmers’ Association (KOOFA), a co-operative of over 550 small-scale organic farmers around Mount Kenya National Park. Our products contain only pure leaf essential oil, made with hand-harvested leaves and gently steam-distilled for an exceptional-quality purifying essential oil. The leaves are steam distilled within 12 hours of harvest, using a gentle heat to ensure a high quality tea tree oil. Our trade helps provide the smallholder famers of KOOFA with a steady income, which means that they can develop sustainable farming systems and fund community projects in their local area. Our Tea Tree skincare range combats existing blemishes without adverse effect of overly stripping the skin's surface.
