Rated 4 out of 5 by Works great but smells awful! I really, really want to love this stuff, but I just can't! I used this in conjunction with the Rainforest Moisture shampoo and my hair, which is long and color treated, looked the best ever, ever, ever!!! Unfortunately, this conditioner smells so terrible--exactly like Play Doh. And the smell never fades--you smell it all day, all night, and all the next day too. And depending on your hair, you may need to use a lot of it. If you do decide to give it a try, give it a few days to get used to. December 22, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by The best This works great. It's the first conditioner I really like. I use just a small amount and my hair looks really good! July 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Conditioner I don't know why this product is getting such bad reviews. This is the only conditioner I have ever used that doesn't have to be combined with any styling products for my hair to look good. I have bought $30 conditioners that don't work as well as this. My hair felt moisturized and soft all day and my curls looked great and defined all day. I have 3c/4a, dry, porous, african american hair. I left the conditioner in after applying it (I never rinse my conditioner out). December 31, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not for dry kinky hair! Im a black woman with 4b hair who recently went natural after 6 months of transitioning. I was attracted to the Rainforest Moisture line b/c it was sulfate, silicone and paraben free. Also I have very very dry hair and thought the all natural ingredients would help. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment. I've tried using this product as a rinse out, as it is made for but also as a co-wash and leave in. As a rinse out and co-wash It didn't provide any slip. My hair didn't feel conditioned at all. Actually, the Tresemme Naturals provided better slip and was more moisturizing that this. I didn't want to throw it out so I tried it as a leave in. It was even worse. My hair was dry dry dry all day! June 30, 2012

  • KEY INGREDIENTSShow

    • Coconut

Our Community Trade virgin organic coconut oil comes from coconuts that are organically grown in Samoa. The nuts are gathered, selected and cracked by hand, and the flesh is cold-pressed. Our trade with Women in Business Development Inc supports several community projects, such as teaching local farmers new skills. To find out more, visit our Community Trade section. Learn More →

    • Honey

We source our Community Trade honey from the UNESCO Sheka Forest Biosphere Reserve in the southern region of Ethiopia, where African bees distil the nectar of rainforest flowers to create a distinctive floral honey. To collect this precious honey, we work with the ‘bee whisperers’ of Beza Mar, a group dedicated to improving the livelihood of Ethiopian beekeeping communities and maintaining their traditional, natural way of working with bees.
