This is the most amazing bar soap I have ever tried at the body shop. The scent lasts, it exfoliates really well, and suds up nice on a bath lilly. On it's own rubbing it on skin can be rough, but it isn't too bad, makes you feel relaxed and refreshed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Last month I stocked up on soaps because they were on sale. I had tried an exfoliating soap before (chocolate heart) and didn't like it. The fault was mine in this case, because as I was stocking up (the store was nearly out of my current favorite soap, Olive), I thought I'd try the Fuji green tea soap. The clerk let me smell the fragrance with the body cream, so I bought the soap and somehow missed "exfoliating" on the wrapper. I love the scent, love how it lathers up (nice, creamy soap), love how it doesn't dry my skin or make me itch, but I don't like the the exfoliating part. I didn't return it because the soaps were on sale, so I'll use what I have, but I won't buy it again. Body Shop--how about making the same soap without the exfoliating part?

I have that bumpy skin on my legs, and women pay tons of money for acid peels to get rid of them, but using this daily actually really helps a ton. It's a real exfoliating bar like nothing I've ever tried. It's not too, too rough, and can be used underarms to slough off deodorant quickly and let your skin breathe underneath there. It's $6, which is a lot for soap, but it's definitely actually more than soap.

exfoliation works and not too rough (as with some nut shells). i found this to be mild and non-drying, definitely less so than my usual cream soap.
